Why We Stepped Up to the Challenge
The NE Awards are much more than a competition; they represent a community of driven individuals committed to making a difference. My decision to participate was fueled by a personal challenge: overcoming my fear of public speaking. The supportive environment of my Customer Ready Level 2 course with FIRST helped transform this fear into confidence, providing a platform to share our story and mission.
