How are the products packaged?

All items are packaged to arrive safely at your doorstep.

Care Instructions

How do I care for the plush toys?

Hand wash only. Do not bleach, dry clean, tumble dry, or iron. Air dry flat.

Are the toys safe for children?

Yes, UKCA and CE tested, suitable for ages 4+ (supervision advised for younger children).

What are the materials used in the plush toys?

  • Outer fabric: 100% polyester
  • Filling: 100% polyester fibre
  • Skeleton: POM, for durability

Care instructions for hoodies

  • Material: 80% cotton, 20% polyester
  • Wash: machine wash at 30°C
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Tumble dry: low only
  • Iron: cool, if necessary
  • Wash dark colours separately to prevent colour bleeding

Merchandise & Apparel

Do you offer apparel?

Yes, our t-shirts, hoodies, and beanie feature DTF wearable transfers, rated for up to 80 washes without fading or peeling.

Colouring Book

What’s included?

50 A4 colouring pages.

Can I return the colouring book?

Only if it arrives damaged.

Routine Tracker Kits

Can these be returned?

Once used, routine tracker kits can’t be returned.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, free UK delivery on orders over £20.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 24 hours, and delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

UK only for now.

Can I return an item?

Returns accepted within 30 days for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Used routine tracker kits and colouring books (unless damaged) are excluded.
