This simple activity turns his colourful design into a hands-on matching game. Children can look at the fruit and vegetables, choose their stickers and match them to the activity sheet.

There is no pressure to get everything perfect. The idea is simply to make fruit and vegetables more familiar through play, while giving children the freedom to choose and take part at their own pace.

It can also open up simple conversations about different foods and having fruit and vegetables as part of a balanced diet, including their 5 A Day.
