3. Product Safety & Compliance
- Standards: Our products are UKCA and CE marked.
- Origin: Products are manufactured in China.
- Materials: Our plush toys are made from 100% Polyester (Outer) and 100% Polyester Fibre (Filling).
- Internal Structure: Certain products contain an internal skeleton made from POM material. This is designed for posing and must not be forced beyond its natural range of motion.
- Maintenance: Users must inspect products regularly for wear and tear. If the outer fabric is torn or the internal skeleton becomes exposed, discontinue use immediately.
- Supervision: All products should be used under appropriate adult supervision. Unless otherwise stated, toys are not suitable for children under 36 months.
4. Orders, Shipping, and Returns
- Payment: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
- International Fees: For orders outside the UK, the customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
- Returns: You may return unused products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Customers pay return shipping for “change of mind” returns; we cover costs for defective items.

- Protections: Our plush toys and ornamental features are protected under UKIPO registered design rights. Unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MnMCutesy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
