Returns and Refunds Policy

At ArtyAnt Creations Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return items under certain conditions within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- Be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used books.
- Digital products, including downloadable files or software.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Books
Books can only be returned if:
- They are unopened and in their original packaging.
- Returns are initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Used or opened books are not eligible for return or refund. If a book arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs to request a replacement or refund.
Plush Toys and Apparel
Plush toys and apparel sold by MnMCutesy Ltd. can be returned if:
- They are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Free Delivery Policy
We offer free standard delivery on all purchases within the UK.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective or misdescribed, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, email us at enquiries@mnmcutesy.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver shipped it to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue the refund to the purchaser.

Trackable Shipping
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
