By accessing www.mnmcutesy.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Professional Disclaimer & Advice

  • Role of developer: MnMCutesy is a product developer specialising in educational and developmental tools.
  • Not a therapist: The owner and operator is not a Special Educational Needs (SEN) therapist, medical professional, or licensed practitioner. To better understand this space, the owner has completed an Autism Level 2 course with Newcastle College.
  • No medical advice: The products and information on this website do not constitute medical advice or professional therapy.
  • Consultation required: If you are a parent or carer and are unsure about a product’s suitability for a child’s specific needs, or have concerns regarding a child’s development, you must seek advice from a qualified professional (such as a GP, Paediatrician, or Occupational Therapist) before use.

3. Product Safety & Compliance

  • Standards: Our products are UKCA and CE marked.
  • Origin: Products are manufactured in China.
  • Materials: Our plush toys are made from 100% Polyester (Outer) and 100% Polyester Fibre (Filling).
  • Internal structure: Certain products contain an internal skeleton made from POM material. This is designed for posing and must not be forced beyond its natural range of motion.
  • Maintenance: Users must inspect products regularly for wear and tear. If the outer fabric is torn or the internal skeleton becomes exposed, discontinue use immediately.
  • Supervision: All products should be used under appropriate adult supervision. Toys are intended for ages 4+; they can be used by younger children only with parental supervision.

4. Orders, Shipping, and Returns

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
  • International fees: For orders outside the UK, the customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
  • Returns: You may return unused products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Customers pay return shipping for “change of mind” returns; we cover costs for defective items.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All designs, logos, and content are the property of MnMCutesy.
  • Protections: Our plush toys and ornamental features are protected under UKIPO registered design rights. Unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MnMCutesy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Medical & AI Transparency Clause

8.1 Original Character Intellectual Property

Myllo and Meluna, and all physical products (plushies), were conceived and developed by the MnMCutesy founder in collaboration with the manufacturer. The original characters and physical designs are human-led creations. Generative AI tools may be used afterwards, with a fixed reference design, to help keep the characters’ appearance consistent across digital and marketing content; this does not change the original, human-led creation of the characters themselves.

8.2 AI-Collaborative Content

Certain digital content (including music, audio tracks, and video scripts) is created with the help of Generative AI tools, as part of an ongoing trial-and-error process to find sensory-friendly tempos and structures for neurodivergent audiences. Music and audio tracks are often posted directly, so we can see how families respond and refine future tracks based on that feedback. Video scripts are written and edited by the MnMCutesy founder before publication, regardless of whether AI tools were used in producing them.

8.3 Professional Disclaimer

MnMCutesy is a content creator and advocate; we are not Special Educational Needs (SEN) therapists, clinicians, or medical professionals. The content on this website is for educational and supportive purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
