Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

At MnMCutesy, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return items under certain conditions within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  1. Be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used routine tracker kits and stickers, once used.
  • Opened or used colouring books.

Colouring Book

The colouring book can only be returned if:

  • It is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Used or opened colouring books are not eligible for return or refund. If a book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Routine Tracker Kits

Once a tracker kit or its stickers have been used, they can’t be returned or refunded. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

Plush Toys and Apparel

Plush toys and apparel can be returned if:

  • They are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Free Delivery Policy

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £20.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  2. If the item is defective or misdescribed, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  1. Eligible returns: Refunds will be issued for items that meet our return criteria.
  2. Approval process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
  3. Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or misdescribed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or card account.
  • Contact your card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on delivery. To request an exchange, email enquiries@mnmcutesy.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue the refund to the purchaser.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email enquiries@mnmcutesy.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Mail the item to the address above.

Trackable Shipping

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
